General terms

1. Payment of a deposit or issuance of a letter of credit
(L/C) for an order placed with UD Dewi Sri, producer of the
Passion jewelry, (hereafter also referred to as 'the Company')
constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
As these Conditions limit or exclude the company (Jl. Penyaringan,
Gg Prapat Beris 2, Sanur Kauh, Bali - Indonesia) and/or any
agent from liability for matters such as personal injury,
loss or damage, they should be read carefully as the client
is bound by them. A copy of the Conditions will be sent or
given to you on receipt of your deposit or issuance of L/C,
and whenever requested.
2. Most products offered by UD Dewi Sri are made partly or
completely by hand, so a purchased item might differ slightly
from those shown in the company's website, brochures, or other
documentation.
3. Passion Fashion Jewelry is a registered name and shall
not be used for marketing, merchandising, promotional or similar
purposes, without written permission from the company.

4. Payment methods accepted by UD Dewi Sri
are: (1) cash, (2) bank transfer, and (3) letter of credit
(L/C for shipments outside Indonesia only).
5. The company will only accept payments by bank transfer
or L/C that are cleared through a bank which is acceptable
to the company.
6. Customers placing an order shall pay a deposit in cash
or bank transfer 50% of the total value of the order upon
placing an order (for shipments outside Indonesia with letter
of credit, issuance of an L/C to the company constitutes payment
of the deposit).
7. Payment of the outstanding balance is due upon shipping
the order from Bali. Upon payment of the outstanding balance
(for shipments outside Indonesia with letter of credit, clearing
of an L/C constitutes payment of the outstanding balance),
the client accepts that the goods are delivered in the agreed
quantities and in proper order. After acceptance and payment
or goods, the company will not take items back.
8. Prices are quoted in US Dollars or in Euro. If payments
are made in a currency other than US Dollar or Euro, the amount
due is converted to that currency using the average of buying
and selling exchange rates quoted in the Jakarta Post newspaper
on the day of issuance of the invoice.
9. In case an order is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.

Shipment

10. Shipments by UD Dewi Sri within Indonesia
include packing, inland transport and documents. For orders
to be delivered outside Indonesia, the company also provides
for customs clearance and documentation at standard FOB conditions
(insurance at buyers request). UD Dewi Sri works exclusively
with reliable shipping companies and offers door-to-door service
in Indonesia and abroad. Transport is free of charge to any
address on the island of Bali, provided that the value of
the order ex-ceeds 250 US Dollars (excluding tax and discounts).
In any other case, transport will be charged at cost.
11. For shipments to a country other than Indonesia, the client
is fully responsible for customs and duties in the country
of destination.
